I had an amazing 4-night stay at Mansion Miraflores. The experience was fantastic from start to finish. The staff was incredibly communicative, making sure we had everything we needed and answering any questions promptly. The house itself was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Plus, its location was perfect—close to most of the major attractions, which made exploring the area super convenient. I highly recommend Mansion Miraflores to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

This place was amazing. Not only was the property a taste of what local culture is like in San Juan, but the owners respond very quickly. It is between Condado and the airport so, Ubers were readily available at all times. Restaurants and local markets are near by they have essential cooking appliances for you to use if you choose to make your own food. They left us a bottle of wine and a nice letter. Overall great experience and I plan to come back.

10/10 omg when i tell you this property is worth it the management is so thoughtful and helpful. The area is super safe and able to uber everything is super close the amenities in the room are beyond 👌 what we expected we actually felt like home it has everything you might need and more clean like nothing i have seen before in hotels recomend if ur in san juan for sure omg the bed was the best part is sooooo comfy 😀 😊 thank you to all the staff !

It was good overall. We stayed 10 nights. Fresh sheets and towels were left at our door after 5 days. The bed was comfortable. When we arrived, we found that 2 towels had fallen into the toilet from the shelf above. There were still extra towels, so not too bad. The walls, ceiling, cupboards, and bathroom in our room (#2) are all a bright yellow. It was not to our taste. One of the bottom drawers of the “kitchen” (one wall of the bedroom) would not stay closed. That was a constant annoyance and a hazard. The bathroom basin is TINY. It’s impossible for shaving and brushing teeth. The windows are high and do not allow looking out. The outside common areas are pleasant. The washer and dryer each require 8 quarters. Detergent is not provided. The location was good for us for walking 1 mile to Ocean Beach. It was quiet and we slept well. The AC works well.

This would be a nice property if you had a car but otherwise it was a thirty minute walk to the restaurant area. It was advertised as centrally located and I wrongly assumed I'd be close to restaurants and activities. The inside was lovely and the bed was firm, which is important to me. Hauling our suitcases up the stairs was a surprise. Easier if you had backpacks. It did give a sense of living in a Puerto Rican neighborhood. There was plenty of noise by day, but at night even the roosters were quiet. The hot water was unreliable and the bedroom fan didn't work. Hopefully that will get fixed. Also the sink in the bathroom was so tiny it was hard to brush teeth in it. The host left a bottle of wine as a welcome gift and multiple bottles of water in the fridge, so that was a nice touch. They also left a phone number if anything came up. We ended up leaving after the first night to be closer to restaurants and the beach.

I had an amazing 9-day stay in this room! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a thoughtful welcome letter, a bottle of exclusive Puerto Rican wine, a cute keychain, and a pen. The room was well-stocked with sodas in the fridge and all the essentials—mouthwash, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I loved having my own private entrance on the ground level with a beautiful vista to enjoy. They even let me leave my suitcase before check-in time, which was incredibly convenient. The cleaners were also so friendly and helpful, answering all my questions about the island. Truly a wonderful experience!
