The front desk clerk was rude. After and explaining to her that I worked an overnight shift and spoke with the regional office she still would not let me check in early. I offered to pay early check in fee and she stated they she didn't work for the third party agent and she can decide if they wants to let me check in early, and she was not going to let me before 3pm. When I went to the window at 2:50 they made me pay 10 extra dollars. The room was dirty, it smelled like smoke and there were mouse traps. I couldn't sleep in the bed, or take a shower. I sat up until Inhad to go back to work at 8pm

Did not get paid room, was refused as soon as we walked in the door, manager was very rude the moment he spoke

I needed a place for the night while traveling and this hotel met my needs. It's older but everything was clean and worked well and I had a good stay.

Arrived about 5pm. Had to stand in a small 3 foot by 5 foot room instead of the regular check in desk and had to wait for an unfriendly lady to greet me. Room was dark and the ceiling fan didn’t work.
