I stayed there for a few days. Room I was in was very nice. They were doing remodeling at the time of my stay, but I didn’t hear a thing. The front desk was very friendly. The secruity gates for some reason where not always closed for some reason. Anybody could have walked on the property. Maybe opened for construction crew. But over all I loved it there! I would stay again.

Ficamos apenas 1 dia, pois no dia seguinte fimos para Orlando. O hotel estava em obra, estão foi muito transtorno. Acredito que possa melhorar com a reforma.

They were doing construction stripping off roof where i was parked. Started at 7am. Car was covered with roofing material dust and small particles. I got car washed and gave hotel receipt and so far not paided for it. I had no knowledge of construction happening here.

So so… the room seemed to be clean but everything was very old and beat up. Bathtub was rusted and the drain did not work. The water pressure was not good.

Fora a pessoa que atendeu na recepção (que foi excelente e educada), tudo no hotel é horrível. O pátio interno é uma bagunça, as pessoas que trabalham lá são mau humoradas e o hotel cheira a mofo. A gota d'água foi uma camareira ter batido às 9:45h no quarto cobrando que fizéssemos o check out, que é às 11h pelas regras. Nunca em outro hotel do mundo passamos por tamanho constrangimento. Ainda bem que passamos apenas uma noite para um evento e espero nunca mais voltar nesse lugar.

The property was nice from the outside, it was under construction when I went there. I only stayed for 2 days and the TV only worked one of them, I was told that someone at 3 would know how to fix it but it never was. The room wasn’t the cleanest, the bath tub didn’t drain when I showered and there was left over hair from others in it. The towels didn’t look that clean either. The room looked run down but maybe that’s why they are redoing them.

A estadia foi razoável, pois o hotel estava em reforma. Tivemos um problema no nosso check in, pois havia reservado e pago 3 apartamentos. Foi então que nos foi informado que haviam apenas 2 aptos prontos para o nosso check in devido a alta procura. Reclamei e consegui o 3º apto só que não estava arrumado, somente no dia seguinte seria arrumado. Como cortesia disseram que não seria cobrada 01 diária. Um dos aptos estava com cheiro insuportável de cigarro, e no dia seguinte foi trocado. O café da manhã estava meio fraco, pois quando terminavam alguns itens não havia reposição, como iogurte e frutas. No geral foi uma estadia razoável, pois a localização do hotel é muito boa. Houve troca de proprietário do hotel, antes era da rede Best Western, quando fiquei na vez anterior. Agora é grupo Oásis. Foi um inconveniente desnecessário chegarmos cansados e os quartos reservados não estarem em condições.
