We really enjoyed our stay. All the employees were so friendly, from check in to check out, they were so polite. The room was so spacious, very tidy and had everything we wanted. We couldnt ask for more. The location was great also, very close to a number of locations and Namba station was just around the corner.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The staff were exceptional; very friendly and helpful. We booked the Grand Family Room, which was very comfortable and spacious, perfect for our young family during our stay. The area is on a quiet street, close to a 7/11 and around 15 minutes walk to Dotonbori. Overall, we would happily stay here again!

A basic apartment hotel that is perfect for our family of four. Short walk to the metro station. Nearby grocery store and 7-eleven. Lots of restaurants on the main street. Washer in the room is a plus.

This was a great place to stay for a stop over to catch up on laundry and reorganise! The hotel was close to a subway and 10mins to a suitcase forwarding service (reception only forward to airports). It was clean, roomy and the washer/dryer a life saver for staying fresh 😁

We loved staying here. Beds were soft and room was quite large with a sofa and small kitchen area. Washer/dryer combo in room with laundry detergent available at the front desk for no charge. Close to Glico sign and area shopping, within a 10 minute walk. Close to metro too so easy to get around. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was nice, just the pillow was small. Otherwise, it was perfect for us. We’ll definitely return there on our next visit. The accessibility to all major sites by train was just across a small bridge. We travelled by train and when we get tired at night from an activity we take the train to the nearest stop and call a taxi with TaxiGo (App.). I highly recommend this hotel.

I did initially have problems with the amount of bedding which was eventually sorted out. The property is very clean, spacious, has everything you need and a family mart across the corner. I would stay again.

Overall it is good. Apart from the aircon broke down in extreme heat, the staff member could not fix and reluctant to change us to a different room. Eventually we swapped to a room with aircon working after long and difficult discussion.

Family suite was large and spacious. Liked having washer/dryer in room. Also had refrigerator and cook top. Bathroom was large with a separate toilet. Beds were comfortable. Very quite property. Very close to metro stations. Grocery store a block or two south of hotel to stock up on food. 7/11 across the street for quick treats and cofee on the morning. Close to famous Namba shrine.

This place was amazing. We booked 3 nights on short notice after our homeward bound flights were cancelled. We got a large family room and had plenty of space for the 4 of us. We had the sofa beds made up to give the kids their own beds. The in room washing machine was a godsend for the extra days holiday we were not expecting to have. The staff were the best and so happy to accommodate and make sure your stay was good. This place was amazing to stay at.

Please avoid this hotel if you are claustrophobic. it has very small windows that are tinted and you can not see outside world and only slightly crack open for some air. I could not stay for more than 5 minutes inside the room and had to leave the property with my kids and all our luggage to another hotel. I have not gotten any refund for my 3 days booked. I am hoping Expedia can help.

Place was great—might’ve been my favorite property we stayed at the whole trip. The place was very clean, looked new. There were toiletries and such that they have at the front desk counter and you’re free to grab whatever you may need or like before heading up to your room. The room was neat, had an a/c unit and washer-dryer unit. The hotel is about an 8-minute walk to the Daikokucho, and a 20-something minute walk to Dotonbori. Not bad unless your feet are already hurting. But the good thing is there’s a 7-11 right around the corner! The staff were extremely kind and communicative. They even noticed a couple of us taking photos outside at check-out and offered to take a group photo for us!

It's a new hotel. The location is in between 2 stations so you can choose base on where you want to go or which one's convenient for you. A few steps away from Namba Shrine, convenient store and Cat Cafe. It was a nice area, quiet for a night sleep after a long shopping and sightseeing day. Everything is accessible and very easy to go anywhere. Staff are extremely helpful, lovely and friendly even with little English, they will try their best to help. Loved the washing machine and dryer, we have the supplies we need for our stay. We'll stay here again if we go back to Osaka. They are also very responsive if you email them with luggage storage before check in and accommodating for storage after check out, we were able to go out for a bit to eat lunch before catching our train to our next destination. Thank you Monday Osaka Namba West team. We enjoyed our stay.
