Room was very snazzy for a motel. I was impressed. The only thing I really wanted and didn’t have was a channel guide for the tv. It’s in an industrial part of town but felt safe enough (coming from a solo female traveler).

Pleasant stay

It was clean and AC worked ok. But the property manager and his family worked hard all the time I was there outside in the heat making improvements. First room AC didn’t work. Checked in middle of night. No problem. They came right over and gave me a room where it did. Family owned place and they had reason to take pride in their combined efforts. Would stay there again

There was nothing in the room. No plastic cup or basics. I encountered a cockroach for the first time. Just a sheet for bedding. I could handle the room but not what it looked like from the pictures.

Overall good for the price. Mostly clean little studio. Dirty around toilet hinges, dust & yuk in closet. Towels were cheap, thin & old. Only two flat, thin pillows but a very comfortable bed. Very well lit parking lot. No carpet which I really liked. We went to a concert at ATT stadium & it was very easy to access both coming & going. Would book again but bring my own towels & pillows.

Spacious newly remodeled comfy studio

Newly remodeled spacious studio in a warehouse/industrial section of town. Was safe with brightly lit parking. Came with a kitchenette & closet space. Very clean. A bit noisy with thin walls and train tracks opposite of the property. Check in was smooth but front desk charges 2%for credit card payments.

Spacious, newly renovated studios

The studio rooms are really nice, very spacious and newly renovated. There are no silverware, glassware nor cookware so you must bring your own if you want to use the kitchen. The bed was very firm, but I prefer that over a bed that is too soft. The AC/heating unit works well and heats up the room quickly. The motel is in a quiet location and feels safe. The family that manages the hotel is very friendly and professional. Really nice family and super polite. I will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in the Dallas area.
