We booked a studio, when we got there we received a mobility and hearing access room, we went back down, the app still said 5 available, got informed that that's the last one available but they will upgrade us, which was great, got to the bigger room, plugged in my laptop all lights in the room turned off, like when a fuse trips. Went back down, got informed that there is no maintenance staff on site and that they can't do anything about it. We accepted since we found 2 other plugs that were working and we needed a place to sleep. Walls are thin, you can hear everything from one room to another, same from outside, cars passing by, parking in the parking lot and so on...
