Good location in Southsea close to both the seafront & shops. Access a bit awkward as up a narrow metal staircase & shared facilities but everything was clean & reasonably well kept

Very noisy

The room was good value and use of a kitchen a bonus, but you have to supply your own milk etc. Main problem was the noise. Situated above a row of bars and restaurants has the obvious noises. The worst thing was the noise from the guest in the room next to me, throughout the night. Without any staff on hand, no immediate action could be taken. Was offered a change of room for last night.

The staff were great, overall communication was amazing. The room itself was secure, comfortable and had everything you needed. The only work on point would be, the cleanliness of the hallways and bathrooms needs improving. However for the price, you cant complain much. Thanks for the wonderfully stay.
