Only spent one night here but our room was really good (modern and felt new). Had everything we needed and bed/pillows really good. It was hot night but expected it with the nice weather (room did have a small cooling unit and we brought our own fan). Nice bar and restaurant attached. Would stay here again next time we come to Haverhill.

Direct needed to be changed on arrival as it was awful. Staff were attentive but unprofessional. Sink was blocked in the bathroom and there was no hot water at all including the shower. Big fan outside the window buzzed the whole time. I didn’t eat or take breakfast, thought it safest not to….

Wedding weekend in Haverhill

Hotel is located great for shops, Transport and bars. Was impressed with the room and very easy to find the hotel, it has a lovely bar downstairs that does a wide variety of cocktails. Their is only two things that let this hotel down and stop it getting 10/10. • Night Entrance is difficult and you lightning/ visibility is poor intill you get very near the door. • Customer service was poor and the out of hours contact number is no use what so ever
