Stayed here for a tradeshow at Olympia for 3 days and its great, I will use it again next year for sure. Great location, well organised, clean and well thought out rooms with tiny kitchen area as a bonus. Loads of good pubs nearby, good places for breakfast too. Highly recommended.

A limpeza do quarto pode ser melhorada, o chão era bastante empoeirado. No banheiro o assento do vaso sanitário estava solto. A cama era bem desconfortável, os travesseiros muito baixos. Pontos positivos pela estrutura de cozinha, com equipamentos bem úteis (forno, fogão, frigobar e torradeira), a TV smart funcionava bem, o chuveiro com água quente muito bom. A localização é boa, estações de trem e metrô bem próximo, ponto de ônibus próximo também, além de ter uma estrutura comercial muito boa na região.

La chambre était propre, les employés agréables. Le chauffage était très fort, mais restait supportable. Problème de "sécurité" : la chambre a été nettoyée en notre absence et la porte mal refermée (heureusement pas de vol).

The room was tatty dirty marks on the walls and ceiling cracks in the walls. Shower screen broken no plug in the bathroom sink. Leading up to the room star carpet needs replacing or a good clean and a very pleasant smell. I did stay at this hotel before and it was very good but it seems to have gone downhill I won’t be booking again at this hotel.
