Our stay at the Dream Hotel was underwhelming and leaned more negative than positive. Check-in was quick—likely due to our prepaid reservation. We were given a second-floor room (note: only two floors with rooms), and upon arrival, found the door already open. Initially, we didn’t think much of it, assuming it was intentional. But later, we discovered the key didn’t work at all—it couldn’t lock or unlock the door. We brought this up to the front desk. The agent claimed he had left it open and the key worked, but after testing himself, he saw it didn’t. He said he’d bring a backup key. Two hours passed with no update. When we asked again, he admitted he had no working key or backup for that room. Only after we pushed for a solution did he move us to a different room on the third floor.
Unfortunately, the new room wasn’t much better. While the door worked, cleanliness was poor—hidden stains on the sheets, only two towels (one stained, one with hair). We’re not overly picky and only staying one night, so we made do. But overall, it was a disappointing experience. I wouldn't recommend this hotel and won’t be returning.
