We booked 2x two-bedroom units, they switched out one of our units without telling us, when we complained they offered us $50. They put two air mattresses in the unit for us because of the switch, and one of them was marked "broken". Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Location was good.

The location is amazing with allot of options and walkable. It is definitely better than an hotel option. I was upgraded to two bedroom and I needed one only. I loved the extra space and it gives nice feeling. I wished if I had blackouts at the bed room. But over all it was a nice stay

The communication between their team and us was horrible. We waited outside for three hours while they cleaned the room. We weren’t allowed to stay in the lobby, so we were kicked out and left wandering the streets. The rest of the stay was fine, but the poor communication was frustrating, and their mistake ended up becoming our responsibility.

The location of the property was great. Very central to the theater, museums, etc. The parking was excellent and it was great that it was included in the price. Two comments: (1) would be a lot easier with more than 1 key. And (2) other guests should realize this is not a hotel but an air bnb and this location cannot accommodate early arrivals, holding bags, etc. I still gave it a 5.

Amazing location, great service, my husband said he enjoyed having access to the gym and steam room. Everything you need was accessible in our room. We didn’t need the parking, but it’s great to know that this place offered free parking. I definitely recommend.

Perfect location. Close to Roger centre, aquarium, cn tower etc.. Didn't realize it was a vrbo when i booked. No receprtion only security guards. Did not receive email for how fo access freeparking so rhat was frustrating. Security gards not there to help with reservations! We booked 2 rooms/suites but one room was not what we booked only had 1 room. Again no reception so difficult to change anytning. I wohld stay there again but would check to ensure we had parking code anď if room is correct .

Loved the location Great for the 2 nights We didn’t really cook in the condo but they have all the amenities you need Washroom well stocked Sad that there was no pool to use and hottub was closed while we were there Not the owners fault though so all good We will definitely stay again as it was such an amazing location
