This was my second time staying here. I brought my family for the Badger Game. We had two rooms and the front desk staff was wonderful and able to get our rooms right across from each other. The breakfast is excellent. Best eggs I've ever had at a hotel breakfast. Grandsons loved the waffles and pancakes. The pool area was clean. Grandsons also enjoyed the pool table. Lots of shopping and dining options in the area and easily accessible off the interstate. Will definitely be our go to hotel when in Madison.

We enjoyed our one night stay. Hotel is very modern and contemporary. Lobby area is a fun place to hang out with a pool table and numerous sitting areas Breakfast had a variety of menu items Only downside was the room was very small.

This hotel is great. I’ve never stayed at a Hilton tru but will definitely do so in the future. The lobby lounge area is amazing. The breakfast delish. The staff so friendly.

The hotel lobby and room were both lovely. The area has a lot of restaurants and is a quick drive to the Capitol building.

6/10 不错

Housekeeping let themselves inside my room AFTER we had checked in and were inside. NOT COOL. It was well after check in time and staff had assigned this room. I asked for compensation and was rudely dismissed.

2/10 较差

We were visiting the Midwest Horse Fair in Madison. We arrived at our room at 7:30 PM and the rooms were not cleaned yet. The GM and manager were cleaning the rooms. Not sure if they didn't have enough staff to clean all the rooms, or if the staff put in their normal hours and went home w/o cleaning all the rooms. We did not get our room until 10 PM. The hotel DID refund us because of this situation. The front staff was so stressed, it was not fair to them what they were going through. The hotel was nice and clean. A nice breakfast selection. My other situation that same night was that my second reservation did not appear in the hotel's system, which meant we were w/o a second room. I will never go through a 3rd party (Hotel.com) again. This is the second time I did, and both times were screw-ups. It took 45 minutes on the phone with Hotel.com to get refunds for both rooms, but I did get the refunds, without any issues, so I am grateful for that.

This was a great hotel and very affordable! It is a new property so every thing was new and clean. We didn’t use the pool but it looked terrific! The breakfast was one of the best that I have had at a hotel. I would stay there again tomorrow!
