This cabin is really cool! We came here for one night with our three kids. They were in awe over the room. We ate lunch at the restaurant which was also great. For the price, we wouldn’t stay again and here’s why. The hotel is very remote, and the road to get in is crazy. It’s so crazy that you have to park at the hotel, and then they drive you to your cabin. We went to dinner at the Treehouse (highly recommend!), but then we had to drive back at night to our remote hotel. Visibility was poor and it just made for a stressful drive back. This place is super cool, but if I could have done it all over again I probably would have booked a place in town with easier access to the tours and such. Customer service was great however.

We loved it here. The family cabin (casa bamboo) was fantastic and there was loads of room for our party of nine to sleep. The walk to the waterfalls is included in your stay and it was really interesting with lots of waterfalls and hanging bridges on the way. You have to bear in mind that it is remote and you need to be transported to the accommodation using their 4x4's but you can just message them on WhatsApp and they come and get you instantly. So, if you are looking for an escape for a few nights I couldn't recommend it more!

Love El Tigre Waterfalls and Hideaway Villa

El Tigre is a beautiful place to stay. The service from Andrea, Randy and team was amazing…even though the location is remote, we had everything we needed thanks to their exemplary customer service. The hike to the waterfalls was incredible and we loved the villa. Great blend of activity and relaxation. Just a perfect long weekend in the Bamboo House with our daughter!

Unique luxury experience. We stayed with our two kids (6 and 9) and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The driver took us onto a real 4x4 off road experience whenever we were shuttled from the house to the reception/restaurant. The house had an amazing hot pool, fast internet, hot showers, a full kitchen, cosy beds, and the architecture of our house with its indoor/outdoor aspects could easily make it into some glossy magazines. Great hiking trails and all very private. Just wow. Thank you!
