It was a bit confusing with certain things and it was hard because there was nobody that was physically there to talk to, so I had to constantly send an email out with my concerns

There was a situation that happened the first night that I got there where another guest was recording myself and my partner, but doing it kind of discreetly, and it made us uncomfortable. It was hard to come back from that incident because I felt as though nobody really cared about enough to address the situation and find a resolution

Great Location and amenities. I’m very comfortable apartment. Only thing is that the Only Give You One Key and you need a key to access everything in the building also, because it is an apartment complex, guest assistance is only available during working hours.

The area felt safe and there was a lot to do within walking distance. Check in and out was easy. The FAQ guide didn’t have a lot of specific information. The one bad thing was the WiFi was only available in the common area (pool, games etc), not in the actual room.

2 night stay at The Forge at RIW

We enjoyed our stay at The Forge in their studio suite. It was clean, cozy, and fully furnished. The only downside with this unit is the plumbing piping must be on the other side of the bathroom wall as you could hear shaking & running water from the unit above when they flushed their toilet.

Almost Perfect

Facilities were wonderful. Very comfortable amenities. Perfect location and beautiful courtyard. However, we were disappointed as there were dirty linens in the washer and the dishwasher was full of moldy dishes. Really wish those few things hadn't spoiled it, otherwise I would have given this place 5 stars all the way.
