We enjoyed staying at this hotel. The bed was comfortable and the location was lovely. The only negative was the check in process: it was quite challenging because it required an online form to be completed in advance, and we hadn’t seen the message telling us to do so. We had spotty service and nearly-dead phones when we arrived, so we were just barely able to do it on the spot. We also were not able to use the luggage lockers given that we couldn’t get the required UK app to work on our US phones. Otherwise it was great!

The room was very clean and location acceptable. Loved the garden across the street. Loved that a fan was available for the night. Bed was mostly comfortable. Happy to have a fridge, hair dryer, and tv. Room is small but has all the amenities. Parking is a bit confusing.

Everything from the automated locker storage, to the customer support, decor and little teas in the room was so well thought of. I will definitely be referring this place to everyone. Location was already great and very easy to get to from city centre.
