The bathroom was cleaned completely. I had to clean the toilet and shower. The shower had soap scum on the doors and walls and floor of it. The drain area was dark due to not being scrubbed properly. There were no microwave in the rooms. The free breakfast was not what i expected. Cold cereal and waffles. Microwavable sandwiches is awful. I had to go outside to find me some breakfast

I would definitely stay again. The service was very good. The receptionist was friendly and walked me through the process. The area wasn't in the busiest area for those who are not from NYC. As a NYC native it was coinvent because its blocks away from public transportation, so it was a trick trip to the city. The room was smaller than expected but the quality of the room met my expectations, so I was happy about that. This is a good option for the cost.

Overall ts execellent relative to the price, the breakfast was decent, the only complaint was the door had to be slammed and caused a big annoying noise meaning any room on the same floor when the door was closed can shock me at any time.

I was in Brooklyn for a family wedding. My room and the bathroom were marble tiles. A bit stark, on the other hand it made it feel clean. It would be good if a couple of chairs could be added to the lobby. It was clean. The TV and air conditioner worked.

Brand new hotel. Very clean. Beds were clean and comfortable but the pillows are terrible. 3 half size rough pillows on each bed. Water pressure wasn’t great but the bathroom itself is decent. Breakfast is what you’d expect from a free continental array but the location is cramp and doesn’t warrant staying in the hotel room sized area. Fine to grab and go.

Staff were professional & helpful. Thank you for letting me check in one hour early. The hotel is brand new & reasonably priced. Close to subway & Prospect Park. Breakfast was very good: cereal, fruit, bagels, yogurt and strong coffee! I am grateful to have this new Ramada so close to my son’s home. I’ll be back!

Comfy room. I'm never crazy about non-carpeted floors although I understand why. The "breakfast" was in a room which was cramped and awkward, and was hardly a breakfast, although offered instant coffee, a waffle maker, and yoghurt as well as fruit loops. The smart TV was not hooked up to the internet and the front desk (rather un-sympathetically) said it could not be hooked up, so no streaming. :\ Beds had surprising "sleep valleys" after only two months open. I'm sure those will worsen with time. Soaps (Dove products) were a nice touch. Housekeeping offered service at 4:30 pm after I was out of the apt all day. I asked for 5 mins and they said they were leaving. So I declined. So: an ok room. Never felt welcome or important by staff. Prob won't come back unless nothing else available.
