The lady on the front desk, I think her name was Ashley, was warm, welcoming and so helpful. The hotel and room were beautiful. Dinner from the pizza van, sitting on the lawn with a band playing and the children able to run around, watching the sunset and finishing with waffles was a highlight. Would definitely recommend and gladly stay again!

This was our second stay at Seahorse Inn, and it was just as fabulous as the first. Honestly, we wished we had stayed here the whole weekend instead of heading further north where we were disappointed. Both times we’ve visited (a year apart), the food has been consistently tasty and great quality. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating, which makes such a difference to the overall experience. The hotel itself is excellent value, the rooms are lovely, and the beachfront location is absolutely beautiful - it honestly feels like you’re on a secluded island. The vibe on the beach was magical. We’ll definitely be back again.

While the place on the surface looks nice, the Captains Cottage was situated near service entrance which made early mornings noisy with trucks and drop offs and also near the bins. In addition the wifi was pretty much non existence and staff was not very helpful when we brought it up. Finally the place was a little damp - smelling a little mouldy especially near the kitchen/fridge area.
