First the location. Very convenient location, near shops restaurants and live entertainment. The hotel has an on-site bar and restaurant. The rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is great and all the staff are extremely nice and helpful ensuring your tour guide picks you up or offering information on tours including self guided tours. Lili greeted us and she was amazing and attentive. Great views as well. Overall a wonderful experience!

Muito bem localizado. A poucos minutos a pé de distância da entrada Leste do Forest Park. Ao lado de vários restaurantes, mercados e outras comodidades. O staff foi incrível, as meninas muito atenciosas e interessadas em ajudar, mesmo sem falar inglês. Faziam todo o esforço para se comunicar e dar dicas interessantes. Em uma próxima visita, nem me preocuparei em procurar outra estadia. Ficarei lá novamente com certeza!

Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel! Lili was amazing and helped us book all our activities and walk us through how to navigate the national park! Don’t think we would have had the amazing experience in the park without her! She was very responsive and always available to answer questions. Would stay here again and recommend to anyone looking to stay here!

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this very charming boutique hotel. The room was very spacious, modern, and comfortable, as well as it being very affordable. Fei fei, our hotel manager and daytime planner, was equally incredible in her suggestions and for the way she planned our days and evenings exploring the national park and attractions in the city of Zhangjiajie. When we come back, it will only be to this hotel - our stay was that memorable and perfect. Could not recommend enough.

If you want to find this hotel in amap, look for 'Huajian Jiuxiang Bar' in wulingyuan; of this government office 张家界市武陵源区交通规费征稽所 in google maps as the place is behind that building. Facilities ain't brand new but has good local and intimate vibes. Just a 15 min walking for the west entrance of zhanjiajie's park. The main value for this hotel is the staff members. They have the best attention we received all across China. They can help you book absolutely everything, so feel free to reach out to them for any entrance ticket you need and let them help you plan your itinerary. They pick up us from the main street near the hotel (as we were kind of lost), helped us with the luggage all they way and always had different treats for us (tea, fruit, candy, etc). Even though breakfast could feel limited, they do their best to offer you additional options. Hats off to Fei Fei as she made our stay a great experience!

The property is centrally located very close to the East Entrance of the park. It is clean and homey with cats and dogs. The thing that stood out for us was the lovely, helpful staff, especially the delightful Vivi who looked after us like we were family. Nothing was too much trouble, she arranged everything we wanted, bought our tickets, booked any events we wanted to attend, even ordered takeout food and a massage in our rooms. We didn’t need to waste time with the sticky details. We just enjoyed the visits to Tianmenshan park and the Avatar park. She even magically found tickets when everything was sold out on line during a national holiday no one told us about! We love you Vivi!!

We loved our stay here in November. Vivi and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and supported. I unfortunately came down with food poisoning (from an outside restaurant) and Vivi was so sweet and brought me ginger tea and fruit to help! They walked us through the best routes for the national park and gave us great tips and advice. When I was bed ridden they gave my sister guidance on a show to see in the evening that turned out to be around the corner and was an amazing mixture of theatre, death-defying stunts, singing, fire eating... Definitely encourage anyone to go see it if you are in the area! This is a hidden treasure for sure and would recommend to anyone.
