I was disappointed with my experience. When booking online, the main picture for the "1 King Bed, Non-Smoking" room showed a bathtub, and the description also mentioned one. I was looking forward to a warm bath during a cold weekend, but the room had only a standard shower.
When I called the front desk, I was told I hadn’t booked the room with the bathtub. After reviewing my reservation, the receptionist confirmed the system showed I reserved a different room. I asked if I could upgrade to the bathtub room and pay the difference, but she informed me the room was out of service, which I found confusing since it wasn’t mentioned earlier.
I’m still seeing the same picture of the room with a bathtub on the website, giving the impression it is available for booking. This lack of communication was frustrating and detracted from my stay.
