I took my mom there for Mother’s Day weekend and we had an amazing time. Staff were super friendly, the food and drinks at the hotel were 10/10 and the pool area was beautiful. I highly recommend this place. I’ve been to a few different hotels in Buzios but this one was the best!

O quarto que ficamos era muito bom, a equipe muito prestativa e simpática. A localização do hotel também é muito boa: você chegar de carro por uma rua pouco movimentada, mas se quiser, pode descer para a Orla Bardot por uma escada (o hotel fica numa colina, o que propicia uma vista belíssima do mar de Búzios). O café da manhã deles também era muito bom. Não há queixas a serem feitas.

A melhor pousada…com certeza, atendimento maravilhoso. A pousada é muito linda, e tem uma vista de tirar o fôlego os quartos limpinhos e muito cheirosos. Pousada muito boa e bem localizada. Atendimento de todos os funcionários impecável. Pratos preparados na cozinha muito bons, em todos o sentidos. Precisa melhorar/atualizar: 1) Serviços de Café da Manhã - apesar da boa qualidade dos produtos, faltam opções e, por ser servido sob demanda, limita bastante as escolhas, pecando ainda pela manutenção exatamente das mesmas opções de frutas, pães, frios, etc. todos os dias (durante os 12 dias que nos hospedamos); 2) Condições do apartamento (407): precisando substituir o colchão, pouco confortável, portas de fechamento/abertura do armário e banheiro (conjugadas) de difícil manuseio, muito pesadas e emperram sempre, ar condicionado com saída direta sobre a cama e condensadora posicionada na varanda, sendo impossível o uso da varanda quando se refrigera o apartamento (fica extremamente quente o ambiente da varanda). Chuveiro também precisa ser modernizado, principalmente melhorando o fluxo de água, muito limitado e fraco; 3) Ambiente da piscina precisa te manutenção do piso e melhorar a limpeza da piscina.

Pontos Negativos: Pouquíssimas vagas de estacionamento para hóspedes, e se parar na rua existe cobrança de estacionamento; Quartos antigos precisando reforma e atualização; Tem muitas escadas para acessar quartos, logo não é uma pousada indicada para pessoas que possuam dificuldade com escadas ou locomoção; As escadas dificultam muito para carregar as malas até o quarto.
