A beautiful hotel. Everything one needed was there. Helpful and friendly staff. Well located for walking the parkland and a close drive to Kew Gardens, which we were visiting. Lovely room. Great location. Parking was good. Disappointed that if you want to swim you have to book a slot and pay £25! Most hotels with pools let guests have a swim for free. Breakfast was also disappointing. Cold plates and offerings not replenished at the same time. Had to wait for things to come out, so what was on your plate got cold very quickly. Poor quality bread for toast. Eggs not fried but out of a steamer. Revolting Americano coffee. Tasted like chemicals not rinsed out of the machine.
