We will request a room at a higher floor next time. We were given L23, but the keycard didnt work so was switched to level 9. It was a bit cramped, seating was uncomfortable and there were roaches. Pillows too soft. The level was too low so traffic was very very loud. We could easily hear people from BBQ area and had to keep blinds closed. Mostly our room was just too loud. Advice about rubbish shoot for soiled nappies would have been good too and was worried about exiting after 6pm/ door dash because the reception closed. Loved the washer dryer, made thing way easier! Loved free netflix and access to prime and kitchen ammenities were good too. Basically we just didnt like the floor due to loud traffic and thin walls and very sad view of the road.

The place is a dump! Our unit wasn’t cleaned properly when we arrived and housekeeping had to come back to clean again. The bathroom had hair on the floor, the shampoo, conditioner and cake of soap from the previous guests was still in the shower & the air conditioning vent looks as though it has never been cleaned. The kitchen bench had food marks on it & there were food scraps under the couch. The walls are dirty and have marks all over them, the windows had hand prints everywhere and the bathroom cabinet is broken. The light globe in the bathroom needed changing, the bathroom sink has a big crack in it the oven and dishwasher had streaks all over them. The bed sloped down at the head of the bed and it felt like my head was leaning right back. The traffic noise was quite loud and constant as we were adjacent to the freeway. The only positive comment I can make is that we had a great view of Melbourne city from the room.

Our apartment was tidy and the staff were very helpful. The location is ideal for getting into central Melbourne. The neighbourhood also has good cafes. What was particularly pleasing was how spacious the accomodation was, it was ideal with separate bedrooms at each end of the apartment If you prefer to do your own cooking, the kitchen is great. Overall, we were very happy with the set up, perhaps the one downside is it can be a bit noisy from traffic in the evenings, but then it is on edge of the inner city and we got used to it. We had read some poor reviews before arriving, but that was not our experience and we plan to come back when in Melbourne again!

Dommage que ce bel appartement deux chambres soit si mal équipé en vaisselle. Il y a un four et aucun plat à four. Un micro-ondes et aucune vaisselle compatible à part les assiettes. Je pense que nous sommes supposés réchauffer les plats dans leurs emballages. Et il manque aussi des ustensiles basiques tels que ciseaux de cuisine ou passoire. De plus j'ai eu un problème avec la douche de la baignoire qui rebasculait systématiquement vers le robinet. Problème non réglé avant mon départ. Dommage car l'appartement est propre et confortable. Il y a un parking sécurisé et l'arrêt de tramway est à proximité.
