From the start of entering the hotel the attendant was amazing. She asked how is my visit and from where I’m visiting from. She even gave me recommendations and offered directions on the store I was attempting to visit but didn’t have much luck with gps. Such a welcoming and amazing experience. Now for the room the view was amazing and the bed was comfortable. Now for my favorite part I couldn’t fathom such an amazing view. I recommend this to anyone looking for a place to visit. You will be in the heart of Madrid.

Helpful and nice staff. The hostel is right in the city centre and it was quite noisy until very late. It is not allowed to flush toilet paper in the toilet and our toilet had some problems that it took time to fix. Otherwise nice and clean rooms.

Excellent location, friendly staff, coffee machine was amazing! The air conditioner leaked non-stop and we had to put a bowl and towls under it to catch the water. The shower overflowed evey time it was used and flooded the bathroom, but there was no floor drain, so we had to mop up with towels and placd a towel in the shower to stop the water from pouring out. It's an old building, so those types of inconveniences are to be expected, I share this not to voice disappointment, but to give solutions to avoid frustration.

A acomodação tem uma localização perfeita Gran Via a avenida principal tem todo tipo de loja, restaurante, supermercado vc se locomove praticamente para todos os locais sem muito esforço. Fica do lado do Metro Callao, próximo à Porto Del Sol, enfim perfeito. Quarto sempre limpo, roupas de cama e tolhas limpos. Quarto que ficamos tinha um bom tamanho e banheiro também sentimos falta de box, mas foi tranquilo. A Equipe de funcionários é perfeita amigável e solicita. Tem uma máquina de café FREE a disposição o que é maravilhoso.

Hotel ruim e de péssima gestão

Péssimo lugar e péssima comunicação. Reservamos um quarto com ar condicionado e com vista. Fizeram uma obra e o quarto não tinha ar-condicionado. Não fomos avisados e não havia alternativa. O hotel se negou a resolver. Não tinha como abrir a janela por conta de cabos de energia expostos e muito barulho na rua.
