Londraya ikinci gidişimizde de yine aynı yer konakladık. Konumu, temizliği,personelin ilgisi her şey mükemmel. Harika bir konum, metroya çok yakın. Hyde park 5 dk yürüyerek. Sadece en son kaldığımız oda biraz küçüktü. Onun dışında her şey süper!

Loved this do not listen to bad reviews

Guys don’t listen to the bad reviews we seen them after we booked and were very hesitant but genuinely we were shocked as it was amazing, clean , ac was working and beds were clean and fresh. The room is adequate size we booked the twin bed suite and the shower was very clean and staff were nice and accommodating with everything . Highly recommend this as it’s in a beautiful location . However if you get a room above second floor it’s a bit of a mission to get up and down as there are no lifts but overall amazing would highly book again!!!

Will not recommend to stay here. Room is hot and study, sheets and towels were stained (not clean) and the room lights went out twice during the stay - took awhile for them to fix the lights back on). Checked out 2 days earlier cos couldn’t take it , and hotel refused to refund the 2 nights

I would not recommend this hotel. There were doors banging and slamming all throughout the night. I’ve never had such a poor night’s sleep in any hotel. I overheard a couple complaining at 4.30am and the staff member saying “he only works there”. No one on reception when I checked out so I was unable to raise the issue with them myself. May have been different on another floor but they clearly know that guests staying on the ground floor between reception and the front door are going to get very little sleep.

Room: The room was clean and adequately furnished, but nothing special. The bed was reasonably comfortable, room was nicely decorated. Service: The staff was polite but not especially warm or proactive. Check-in and check-out were a bit confusing as the booking system had me already booked in??, but I didn’t get the sense that customer service was a high priority. Requests were handled, but with minimal enthusiasm. Cleanliness & Maintenance: Generally clean and in good condition. Coffee and eta available but unfortunately no spoons to stir Would I stay again? Maybe — if the price was right. This hotel is fine if you're just looking for a place to sleep,

Disappointed with the hotel.

Initially nobody was answering the doorbell. We did arrive slightly earlier than scheduled but it would have been nice to have somebody or something to inform us what we could do. We were then welcomed by a young man who wasn’t really suitable for front of house as the interaction was very minimal. We received a card for our door and a few instructions and off we went to our room. The room itself was clean and tidy but so small. Sold as a double deluxe en-suite is a huge exaggeration. It was absolutely tiny, ok so it’s London, but our stay in NYC offered a larger room with a warning about size. The en-suite bathroom was clean and the shower high enough for someone 6’3”, but the water temperature was not hot at all. The TV didn’t work as it had no signal so we had to entertain ourselves with phones etc. Facilities in the room were of a decent standard, although for such a small room, I’m not sure why it requires such a big phone on the side. Ironing board, iron and hair dryer all came in handy but all in all, the hotel for the price was disappointing. The view from 510 wasn’t good sadly, just roofs and back gardens.

COMFY AND CLEAN HOTEL

Really comfortable, staff are great and understanding. Neighborhood is quiet. The only situation that I encountered is asking my taxi to get to the address. I was looking for the Chapters Hotels. When on the door shows as J HYDE PARK. Other than that, everything was great.

Manque de service et carreau de fenêtre cassé

Dans l’ensemble : service et réception mauvaise. Nous avions un carreau cassé (voir photo) dans notre chambre et il n’était pas possible d’ouvrir la fenêtre. Quand nous l’avons fait remarquer au réceptionniste il nous a rétorqué : “Et vous en pensez quoi ?” Comme s’il attendait que nous trouvions la solution. À part ça, l’insonorisation est mauvaise : on entend tout ce qu’il se passe dans les couloirs et chambres voisines, la porte laissait passer la lumière du couloir allumée toute la nuit, et les joins de la douche étaient moisis (moisissure orange). Il n’y avait personne à la réception (pourtant ouverte) lors du check-out et donc nous n’avons pas pu valider le rabais dont nous avions discuter avec le réceptionniste. Même pour le prix nous ne pouvons pas recommander cet établissement de par son manque de propreté, de sérieux et de considération pour sa clientèle.
