Check in was fast and pleasant. The room was very clean and well equipped. The property is conveniently located within a short driving distance to all the attractions, shopping and dining. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here with my family and was more than pleasantly surprised with the apartment. Everything was so spacious so clean.. fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, can’t beat this! Highly recommended for large families, but overall highly recommend recommended to anyone that is looking for a home vibe stay!

Clean, comfortable, super quiet. Loved the clean products they supply you with for laundry, dishes, etc. Service was quick and friendly. Slept like rocks every night. Was so nice to have a spot away from the theme parks (but only a few minutes so still nice and close). Loved it and ready to book again!

The bathroom shower had bugs flying around and in the corner. The table and cabinets had crumbs all around. The refrigerator needed to be cleaned. The room had an odor. It could have been cleaned a whole lot better.

Great new hotel. Stayed in a 3 bed room, with 2 bath and kitchen. Rooms were updated. You are 5 min away from the Disney springs property. Lots of new restaurants less than 1 mile away.

I arrived at night and was initially confused because it looked nothing like the pictures. The "sign" for the complex was a temporary banner which made me doubt my decisions again. I located the office and reluctantly checked in. This is not a Hotel, it is a renovated apartment complex. Once entering the room, I was impressed as it looked exactly like the pictures and was roomy and comfortable. The unit had everything for an enjoyable 2 nights. I did not see any of the amenities. I would stay here again, just don't look for a "hotel" when arriving!!!

Every time we try to call front desk we never got through. When asked for wash clothes they gave us dish towels. Front desk couple more friendly and not acting like we’re bothering you to do your job. Overall everything was great and I would stay there again and recommend to family.

Very friendly and helpful. The house was an excellent clean newly remodeled condition. Very spacious and it's great for anyone looking for a nice place at an affordable price. Only 5 minutes from Disney Springs and SeaWorld with easy access to not getting out on the interstate with all the traffic easy in and out it's a super great place to stay. Super soft beds and pillows and plenty of pillows. Will stay again on our next trip to florida. Be aware that GPS might take you to neighboring buisness.
