Great location downtown Nashville. Room was clean and had everything we could have needed for the stay. Heated pool was a major plus. Would stay here again

Everything was great once we got it, had problems with entry codes the whole time
Sally, 3-night trip

2/10 Poor

Terrible noise from water heater in room

You won't be able to sleep for the water heater (in a closet in the room) rattling all night and causing a sustained, mini earthquake. For us, it was from about 4:40 to 5:40 AM and then again at 8:00 AM. If you want to sleep on your stay, find a room elsewhere. Also, poor customer service. When we complained over the phone, they basically said tough luck!

Nice property, but some annoyances

Nice, chic, clean property, but they are working out finishing details on this new construction. We were very comfortable, but there were hitches in communication. For example, an email after we left about incurring extra charges if we did not return a parking permit we never had. Also, they charge $35/night to park, so you need to roll that into your costs. Parking throughout Nashville is outrageous. Make sure you navigate to the correct property because there are several in Nashville and the employees didn't do a good job communicating directions to the property we had reserved.

Nice, but could be better

Overall I would say it was a good trip, we mostly parked at the hotel and walked into the city. Keep in mind that the parking is 35$ a night, which is an expense we didn’t expect to pay on top of the hotel, this needs to be broadcasted better. During our stay both elevators broke and we had to take the stairs to the 4th floor everytime we came and went, this wasn’t a big deal for us, but could be problematic for others. While everything looked nice, it wasn’t very comfortable, this could be due to the furniture and beds being brand new. The furniture and setup reminded me of being in an IKEA. Just know you are getting what you pay for, if I did it again, I think I would pay a little more to stay in the city.

Way Too Noisy and Awkward

It was hard to fall and stay asleep here. There are train tracks that pass near/under the hotel and we heard loud train horns several times over night. There was also a loud buzzing that would happen every 20 minutes or so which I finally determined to be ice maker in the fridge. Pro tip: turn it off during your stay, especially over night You will also be hear the sound of everybody struggling to use the keypads to enter their rooms, which beep loudly when done incorrectly. The toilet is about 3 feet from the bed so anybody you're sharing the bed with will hear you doing your business. There is no fan in bathroom to muffle anything. No lock on the bathroom door. There is a couch placed at the end of the bed which just makes it awkward to navigate to the other side of the bed.

The hotel is brand new and they’ve decided to go employee-less. A great idea for them to save some money, but not so good when it comes to checking in. After booking the hotel on this site, you have to do a full registration with them online, including a face scan. It then says that you will have an access code emailed to you. On the day of our arrival I still did not have an access code. I called that morning And the nice lady said that the code would be sent to me an hour before check-in time. I gave her my email just in case. Guess what? No access code. We had to call again and the new person on the phone said that they did not have my email. I also prepaid for the parking and I was told that the parking pass would be in our room. When we finally did get to our room, I scoured the room for the pass. Not there. I had to call the number again and this nice gentleman told me that in fact, I did not need a pass. I just needed to register my car This is a brand new property and it sounds like they are working some things out. A nice place if you don’t mind the headache of getting into it.

Excelente stay

The stay was great. Everything was easy, straight forward, no hassle. The only thing I'd like to mention would be about the daily parking fee of parking on property. There wasn't any notification during the booking phase that mentioned about the parking situation/ prices. Other than that, the stay was excellent.

The hotel has only been open a few weeks , so it’s all new . But the HvaC makes a screeching loud sound the whole time it runs and it also sounds like pouring water while it runs also . I thought maybe it was just me , but nope it’s all the units per talking to ppl in the elevator . And it’s shoved into a closet next to the bed by your ears. It’s also hidden in basically a dead end ally thats pitch black at night !! The whole hotel parking lot is motion censored, so it’s pitch black and terrifying as you walk . The room was nice enough , but don’t think you are going to be sleeping the whole trip .
Tiffany, 3-night trip

6/10 Good

no toilet paper, bathroom door wouldn’t latch or lock ac extremely loud, fan squeaked all night, plus the train was right outside and could be heard all night. The room was very clean and had everything you could need like a fridge and oven and microwave but maybe the loudest room i've ever had to try and sleep in.

Great accommodations

Two things about this property that is worth noting is it’s right off active train tracks and they do not accommodate at no cost 1 hour late checkout even after staying for almost a week. Otherwise the property is well appointed with everything you need!

10/10 Exceptional

Very clean and quaint place that was located a decent walking distance from downtown and less than 10 minute drive. Quiet too which was nice. My only constructive comment is that since there is no staff if you have any issue whatsoever i found it difficult to contact someone. If you plan to arrive earlier than check in account for time needed to speak to someone about luggage storage and codes. It took us a long time to even get into the building because the temporary code they gave us didn’t work— found others in the space that had similar issues as well. The luggage storage needs its own separate code which you will also need to access through calling or texting.

The property was very close to broadway and everywhere I needed to go. It is in a convenient location. Only thing was both of the elevators were broken.

I think the property in new so paint smell in the room. The room is a bit crammed with furniture. However, the house keeping staff was very helpful with accommodation when I was not able to get in the room.
SRINIVAS BABA, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

This is a brand new property with lots of kinks that need to be worked out. To make an absolutely horrendous, miserable stay and the story that goes with it short, we never received a door code to get in, when we finally did, the keypads would not work, there is no one on site that can help, you have to call for help in majority of time it takes much longer than it should to get help. Once we finally got in, it was super frustrating we had to switch rooms twice, the first time at 1 AM when our air conditioning stopped working, then the refrigerator in the second room stopped working we lost all of our food. The stress of this ended up causing me a serious medical condition in which I was life flighted to the hospital, and then when we contacted the hotel about needing a late check out, they told us we would be charged $50 an hour for every hour that we were delayed. They did eventually comp one night stay, but that didn’t even cover the loss of the food from the refrigerator, not working. There was nothing enjoyable about this day, even before my medical emergency. This property has tremendous potential to be a great stay, but they truly need to work on their hospitality aspect of it as they ruined my one vacation that I had this year, again, even before the medical emergency with all the hassles of things not working switching rooms, losing food and not being able to even to get into our room.
