The room was clean. I think it must be a fairly new property. The only thing was when I got ready to check out the elevator wasn’t working. Stuff happens and I just took slow trips down the stairs to load my car. It was the perfect place for me to stay for a visit with family in the area. I would stay there again.

This is a very no frills place. Beds are more like cots on metal frames with very loud squeaky springs. Very noisy from surrounding rooms as no carpet to dull sound. Also lots of traffic noise. Not a place would recommend.

I enjoyed my stay at Woodspring Suites. I have no complains about the staff or the cleanliness of the Hotel. I love the fragrance as soon as I walked in the establishment and the receptionist (I think her name is Shay) was very welcoming and attentive to our needs without hesitation. I would like to make suggestions to a more pleasure experience for future guests. 1. Black out curtains- there was none at the window in my room. 2. A full length mirror needed to check appearance before leaving the room. 3. A all weather comforter for warmth, sometimes it's a little chilly in the room and the and the blanket on the bed was paper thin. 4. As lease four pillows on each bed for comfort.

The rooms were clean, staff friendly and I like that they’re pet friendly and didn’t charge as much as the others. What I did like there weren’t any amenities like, breakfast, iron/board and box of tissues in bathroom. Otherwise nice!!
