Food service is external, local shops nearby. Beds comfortable but didnt really use as we left early. Pool is large and was nice to enjoy. It is not really located in Altamonte proper, but on edge. It has lots of transients, short term stayers. Drug dealing going on constantly. Might be a good place to bring a girl for action or just go there and meet one. Can't say it's a place to bring children if you know what i mean.

I like the lobby nice appearance. The rooms we had was not cleaned nor was the beddings changed. Requested a smake free room got switched and the room still had smoke smell in it. I had to cancel due to the bad condition of the room and they charged me a cancelation fee.

The room smells. Like it wasn’t cleaned. Beer bottles all over the ground. People fighting 7 in morning. I big fight broke out and cops showed up around the building. I didn’t feel safe for my family . The staff is amazing. Good people. I was able to get my money back for the second night.

I’d remove the star if I could. This place was a nightmare! I booked because it was near my destination, but I couldn’t sleep due to the filth and bad smell. The towels were dirty, and I found waste, socks, and rotten food under the beds. I felt disgusted and couldn’t stay. It was a filthy pigsty, not a small hotel. It was the worst place I’ve ever been. I literally wasted my money! It was disrespectful from Expedia for promoting and selling something like that!

Bait & Switch - Avoid

Definitely not in the same condition as the seemingly 10 year old pictures shown on here. Rooms and overall hotel is falling apart, seemed more like a cheap shady "long term stay" than a motel for out of towners. "Breakfast" was cereal and bread both days. I'd avoid at all costs even with it being cheap.

The handle in the showers needs repair, it didn't want to turn off. Also the water pressure it wasn't satisfactory. The room smelled like mildew & cigarette smoke. The walls are all patched up. There was no food for the continental breakfast available. It was all gone @ 8am. Not good if you want someone to return.

This is literally a Hood Rat Hotel.

Very bad as usual. I only choose this place because there is no security deposit, like most other places charge $100. This time i stayed on the 1st floor for the first time ( usually i stay on the 2nd floor). Also,This is the first time that there were roaches in my room. Also, don't plan on watching TV., they have no cable channels. Also, this place is filled with hood rats and questionable characters. I smelled Marijuana everytime i walked out of my room.

Worst customer service ever this property y dirty and their rooms smell really bad, the manager at this location is the worst, when we went to the front desk to complaint about how dirty the rooms were and we wanted to check the manager didn’t even show his face and lock himself in the office and the front desk lady it’s very rude and has no customer service at all, DO OT STAY AT THIS HOTEL THEY ARE THE WORST

Dirty, cochroach crawling on my pillow. Took picture and showed to the staffs on duty and didn't say anything. Breakfast included as advertised but nothing is there except 1 orange that is rotten, bread without any kind of butter or cream cheese to put on. Waffle maker is out of order. Asked attention with staff and quite embarrassed, didn't know what to say...
