The first room we were allocated contained a TV that didn’t work, a sofa with a paint stain on it. The room was tired and dilapidated. We were allocated a second room. This room had a working TV but stains all over the carpet and sofa. The bed sheets were also stained. I informed the receptionist that we would not be staying in the hotel. I was told I needed to go through Expedia for a refund. I’ve done this and had contact with the hotel. They confirmed a refund would be sent within 3-5 working days. Almost two weeks later, no refund has been processed. We will now be going through the small claims court.
I would recommend that this hotel is given a wide berth by anyone considering it. The cleanliness of the rooms is appalling and service equally as awful.

The hotel is very dated. The staff are very friendly. It was quite clean but being a Towncenter hotel it was extremely noisy through the night into the early hours of the morning and then to cap it off workmen started work on the McDonald’s opposite at 6 am in the morning, so I’m not a great night sleep.

The Hotel was tired and in need of a serious upgrade. Musty odour in corridors leading to rooms.
The room was very tired and had a noticeable sloping floor. Bathroom had clearly seen better days, and overall it is felt would give the likes of another hotel chain a good run for its money. However as they say you get what you pay for. There is a picture on hotels.com website that gives a false impression as it is of a walk through arcade and is not linked to the hotel, this is false advertising to say the least. Would we stay there again …. No!!

Old place that's seen better daysm
Decent location, but very old and tired, and the TV in the room was really small. Plus the hotel is opposite a noisy bar that was open until after 2am, didn't get a great night's sleep as a result
