Very Poor service hotels.com.

First of all, Provided property number was wrong.somehow i manage to collect number from internet . When i call they totally refused about the bookings. I was with my family. I suffer alot mentally coz it was a very rush period at puri due to rath yatra. Some how i booked another room at last hour with double price.. i dont know whose fault was that..but i suffer.. So. This was my first & last bookings in hotels.com.
