One of the best hotel experiences we’ve had in quite a while. The entire Front Desk team super friendly and visiting area manager personal helped us with an Expedia reservation problem of our own making. She was extremely customer-centric and didn’t have to be. Rooms clean and updated and Housekeeping did an excellent job every day. The location was perfect for us and this property is right in the middle of floral district so every day we got to enjoy all of the flowers, herbs, plants the first thing and last thing of the day. The fruit-infused waters at front desk were a pleasant experience since it was so hot during our 5 day visit. While the free breakfast was predictable, it was well done and dining area was kept clean. The only suggestion is to crank up the AC during service times as it can get pretty warm in there when it’s full. This is a top notch, well run property with excellent customer service culture. We have stayed at other more expensive properties when we have visited NYC (Kimpton, Indigo, etc) but none of them matches the culture and experience we had at this property.
