While my overall experience at the hotel was disappointing, I would like to commend the restaurant staff, particularly Jeremiah and Dominik, for their exceptional service. Their professionalism and attentiveness were the highlights of my stay and the primary reason I would consider returning.
Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk, specifically with Jerry Umoh—who identified himself as a manager—was far from satisfactory. I encountered a frustrating situation due to inconsistent and unclear communication regarding checkout policies, despite having explained a unique circumstance and previously receiving different information. This led to an uncomfortable and embarrassing incident involving both myself and my mother.
I found Mr. Umoh’s approach to be dismissive and lacking in empathy, which negatively impacted what could have been a pleasant stay. Clearer communication and more considerate customer service from the management team would significantly improve the guest experience. The property is safe, clean and quiet.
