Spacious room, comfortable bed, very clean, bathroom was modern, balconies had 10 out of 10 views the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend to anybody and I would stay again when I’m back in Athens.

The location is central in the bustling city but the windows are soundproof. We walked around for shopping and eating. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious for two. The AC worked well. The staff was welcoming and accommodating even if there was no one at the front desk. We enjoyed our stay here!

We enjoyed a night in the ABOV during our visit to the Acropolis. Beds were very comfortable and the vicinity to Acropolis was very good. There is also an excellent souvlaki-place just outside the entrance. The negatives we found was that the handle to the bathroom kept falling off and the AC was only barely cooling the temp down. Also not being able to flush toilet paper is a negative, but we cannot blame the hotel for bad pipes in Athens. All in all, we feel we got good value for our money and we happily consider visiting again. Staff was VERY friendly.

Athens was hot and the air conditioning was not good. You had to put your card in to access electricity. It took forever to cool the room down and it was still not acceptable.

Staff is wonderful. Room was as described. It’s a fantastic location - just don’t expect the neighborhood to be quiet. Plenty of street activity and clock bells but that’s the trade off for a location like this.

The apartment hotel is located in a prime location. I stayed in room 403, which was spacious, clean, equipped with a desk and a sofa. The shower was great, the liquid soap had a pleasant aroma, and the towels as well. Additionally, it had a large balcony plus a window offering a view of the church and the Acropolis.

Excellent séjour!

La location de l’hôtel est tout simplement parfaite! Tout le centre d’Athènes peut se faire à pied et près des attraits. Le personnel est très sympathique et avenant. La chambre est simple mais confortable et pratique et si le but est de visiter Athènes et son centre c’est super!
