The place is nice as far as being new and a great concept, but unfortunately we had to check in late due to cleaning issues and arrived to a dirty room (wads of hair on the bathroom floor and hair in shower, grass in bed). The parking is $50/day and you pay once there. Check-in is a bit tricky compared to most hotels but nothing major. We were given a small apology for the late check-in and dirty room, which I suppose is better than being ignored. Hopefully they will fix the cleaning issue for the future because it has lovely potential!

Really nice clean place! Highly recommended. What I did not like was the facial scan to get access to the property which was dystopian. They also wanted me to upload my license unlike hotels that just look at your ID. Now if they guaranteed not to keep face / ID that would be cool with me.

The check in process was a bit complicated...but the text walking me through it was clear and just involved a few steps to follow. The parking was very confusing though but I called the phone number provided and they talked me through it kindly and competently. The apartment was very nice and very clean and very spacious!

What a great place for the price. (We stayed early May so I’m sure it was cheaper). We had a great view from the apartment, and could walk to downtown which was exactly what we wanted. Only cons were I wish we hadn’t had to pay to park at a parking garage (no dedicated parking for the room). A throw blanket to use on the couch would have been great too!

There was no parking at the location during the period of time I was there. I am handicapped and had to not only walk a couple blocks with my bags but had to pay to park in a public parking ramp. An extra $37.50.
