This was the cleanest room I’ve ever stayed in! Everything was spotless. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The location was perfect too, as you are walking distance to many amazing cafes and attractions. Beautiful views as well

Quarto amplo e confortável para 2 adultos e 2 crianças. Banheiro grande e excelente. Tudo novinho e impecável. Check in rápido e fácil. Localização perfeita!! A poucos passos da Basílica de São Francisco com um vista linda!! Local tranquilo e silencioso.

Zimmer sehr sauber; kein Personal vor Ort, da eher Bed ohne Breakfast, sehr geringe Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir hatten bei der Buchung eher an ein Hotel oder eine Pension gedacht; wohl nicht richtig aufgepasst. Check in kompliziert. Die Angaben für Parkmöglichkeiten sind falsch, kein Parkplatz vor oder auf Grundstück.

This place was BEAUTIFUL!! In front of the main Basilica! The view from the window was stoning at any time of the day, but specially morning and afternoon! The way to check in was new for us since we received everything by mail and text, but the person on the other side guide us step by step! Everything was clean and quite! Just a dream! A really recommended it!

Hotel is in a great location, within the "old town walls" and just a few meters from the Basilica of Saint Francis of Assisi. It has just a few rooms, modern, and very clean facilities. This hotel does not have its own parking: since it is located within the "ZTL" (Limited Traffic Zone), you need to leave your car in a public parking lot about a 5–10 minute walk away, and carry your luggage with you. Another point: we were "remotely" welcomed via WhatsApp instructions, also the intercom at the main door. We did not meet any staff on site.
