隔音比較差

Good location, nice nabourhood, excellent coffeshop and bakery very close, nice and clean room, Comfortable beds. Only thing that was not good was that it was really difficult to Get in touch with the manager. On arrival we stood outside the hotel for 30 minutes before someone come and opened the doore. There is no answer on any of the thelephonenumbers on the webside or the number on the informationboard in the reseption.

Absolutely foul owners, do not stay here. Checked me into a room that was disgustingly and uncleaned from the previous people. The next morning as I’m getting changed two people enter my room! The owners are liars and tried to make out it was my fault this all happened? Do not stay here it will be a waste of your money.

Clean room and decent size for two. Everything seem new and the bathroom was good. Can do with a hand towel and a better hand soap dispenser as it was temperamental. There was some finishing touches required tiles with little grout. Plenty of sockets and lightening and working air con unit. Comfortable bed and fresh linden and towels. Great location to all we needed.

Important for me to communicate that this hotel is great and has been renovated! Everything is brand new and stay couldn’t have been easier to navigate. Room was comfortable and stylish. Would easily stay here again!

The room is tiny; truly only one person and obvious property was newly refurbished. That being said, I had a ton of tiny black flying insects in my room (gnats?). Not an infestation but more annoying. Also the windows were still taped shut from the panting.

Excelente localização, com escadas e sem humanos

Desvantagem: 1. escadas. O quarto que reservei ficava no terceiro andar, seis lances de escada bem estreita e degraus que não cabem o pé, perigoso de escorregar, fica um pouco mais seguro por causa do carpete. 2. A janela estava emperrada e não fechava. Pedi para consertar, prometeram ir mas esqueceram. 3. Não tem recepção com seres humanos e usam cartão de hotel. Ele desmagnetiza e vc tem que ligar e esperar alguém ir até o prédio fazer um novo cartão paga você. Tivemos problema com o cartão de entrar no quarto duas vezes, a primeira pq ele foi liberado para um dia e ficaríamos 7, a segunda pq desmagnetizou. Vantagens: 1. Recém reformado, tudo limpo e novo (embora achei engraçado que o piso é torto, tem 10° e inclinação da janela para o banheiro. 2. Localização impecável, ao lado de cafés, restaurantes, mercados e transporte.

Modern Hotel in an excellent location

Very friendly hotel employee helped me use the check in screen. Info sent by the hotel omitted to say that on the check in screen it will accept your surname to retrieve the booking rather than using (searching for) the booking ref. My room (number 9 on the 1st floor) was very modern. Comfy bed. Great shower. USB A and USB C charge points in the bedside sockets. 2 good sized mugs for a brew Located 2 mins from Marble Arch tube station. Various eateries and watering holes with 200 yards. Recommended.

Great staff , TINY rooms

Great staff (key card machine was a little finicky) and amazing location (5 minutes walk from Marble Arch tube). Clean room with a mini-fridge , rainfall shower and great lighting. Double bed just barely fit. BUT the room was tiny - like a dorm room from college. And you can hear every sound - I heard my neighbour’s WhatsApp notifications like they were from my own phone. Steeet noise was constant but not unbearable.

Mint condition

Brand new furnishing. Everything is in mint condition. Excellent location. Only slightly weird is no cleaning of the room during our 2 nights stay. Not a big issue but just a bit unexpected. Checkin is done on a screen where you type your name and scan your id.

Lovely little hotel in central London.

We absolutely loved our stay here, the rooms were so comfy and cosy. The location was great. Everything felt brand new, including the TV which had every streaming app possible for you to sign in to. There were lots of plug sockets, a safe, ample clothes storage, an AC unit, and we could also open the windows to get fresh air into the room. There's also a mini fridge. The only thing I would change is the amenities, we stayed in a room for 3 people and only had one mug. That's a very minor criticism as we really loved our weekend here! Definitely a bargain for the lovely room and location, and will stay here again.

Nice room but, noisy

Room 9 was nice and big, perfect size for a couple. could do with adding some more pillows to the bed. Room 9 faces out onto the main street at traffic lights which is very noisy at night.
