I had a very pleasant experience during my stay. The hotel is well located, making it convenient for travelers. The staff was polite and attentive to every request. The cleanliness of the property was impressive, and the room had a cozy feel. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Showed up after the “store” closed. No lobby to check in at. Then took forever to get door to open as deadbolt was stuck. Finally got it opened but would jam if you didn’t lift up to open it from the inside. No local channels on tv only Roku channel. No remote for tv so had to adjust volume manually. Other than close location for fall creek falls state park it was a horrible experience. Will not stay again. All units are regular renters looked like for the most part.

DO NOT BOOK HERE. Nightmare of an experience at the Way Inn by OYO in Spencer, TN. Description says check in anytime after 3 pm and "will be greeted by front desk." There is no front desk. There is a doorbell outside a window that no one answered. After driving over 9 hours with my child and arriving after 11 pm there was no one available to check us in. Tried calling the hotel and did not get and answer. Tried calling the OYO 800# and they attempted to reach someone at the hotel and did not get an answer. No solution offered by OYO. Tried to find somewhere else to stay, but there was nothing nearby. There were not even any open gas stations/bussiness nearby where we could safely park. We slept in our car overnight. I knew I did not book the Ritz. I knew it was a "no tell Motel." I did not expect much in the way of quality as far as the room/facility was concerned, but I did expect to be able to check in and have a safe place to stay.

It was very spacious, small tv, microwave and fridge. If you want coffee; bring your own, It was in need of update. Old building, needs shower upgrades' no grab bars, tub too high for elderly to step over. All in all, it was ok, Probably wouldn't book again.

Older motel but room was not run down. Manager was nice and helpful. Full time resident is a mechanic and took up 5 parking spots. Revving engine at 7am. Dog poop all over the parking area. Outside area not maintained very well. Beds were comfortable. Good shower pressure. Food available in convenience store in front of motel but limited to what owner wants to fix. Motel manager assured me that above problems would be addressed.
