Was so poor and very old.

All was cleaned and tide the only thing was someone dirt pots and pans in the sink need to be washed up and a pans on the cooker with food still stans in it been though onto the cooker The rest wash fantastic and clean Mr ks Allcorn Room 13 Thank you

Terrible. Not at all as advertised. Front door was unlocked and open on arrival. Room door was open on arrival and unlockable. Room window was damaged and stuck wide-open, completely unclosable. I called the contact number and had no answer and received no call back. I arrived towards midnight at the property and still chose not to stay here.

You get what you pay for, so don't expect much for £22 per night. Room was clean - toilet and kitchen hygienic. Fridge needed cleaning, microwave and kettle worked. Bring your own cutlery and crockery as no communal stuff. Few pans, though I didn't know if they belonged to people. Good location near shops, though noise from unloading one night. Street parking nearby overnight and two hours during the day. I was in room 13 - lock couldn't be kept open and bed wasn't particularly comfortable, but at least it was clean, spacious and sink worked. Communal shower was working well.
