When you book room with garden view you get 2 windows to a wall, no patio at all. Horrible!!! The wifi did not work at all in room 108 only in the foyer. No use. A nice hotel in a nice area except the view. You feel you are in a bunker. in room 108. Thanks

City centre hotel, everything on your door step.Even a cafe under your room. Late night stop outs make it a bit noisy, but that is expected in the city centre. Windows give fair amount of sound proof when closed.

HORRIBLE, UNSAFE! AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ANY COST!

Unfortunate our stay at this hotel was a horrifying experience. Unlivable conditions. No air conditioning and hot humid air to the point where you are unable to breathe Windows made of paper, the noise from the street is such that it is physically impossible to sleep. I had to take my bed sheets put them on the floor in the bathroom and sleep there. The noise is such that you would rather sleep on the floor next to a toilet than in the bed (which btw is separate for any couples reading this). Its not the owners fault that the streets are noisy. It is however his responsibility to build the hotel in a way where the noise is filtered out to some extent at least. Also a small fan costs 20€. Our night cost 70€. There is no apology for making your guests stay in these conditions. No soap. Bed sheets very poor At 2am the party outside was just getting started. At 5AM I went from the bathroom floor to sleep in my bed. At 6:30 we woke up to the sounds of a fist/knife fight on the street below. The only positive thing is the team running the hotel. Young and kind people. Unfortunately their kindness can’t compensate for the horribleness of this experience. I apologize to them if this review harms them in any way. It should be said that this is not their fault and they are doing their best. Responsibility lies with the owner/manager. I cannot say this strongly enough. Avoid this establishment at any cost. Until they instal fans and decent windows this place is unlivable.

Commerces tout autour. Seul bémol, nous avons pris la chambre avec vue sur cour intérieure, en fait vu sur rien du tout, chambre avec fenêtre brouillée qui donne sur un mur. Aucune vue sur l'extérieur. Considérer qu'il n'y a pas de fenêtre. Rideau fermé sur la photo, effet trompeur

Fina nyrenoverade rum. Hotellet har ett fantastiskt läge. Rummen finns på 4 våningar. Men hissen startar en våning upp, efter 20 trappsteg. Så detta hotell är inte lämpligt för personer om har svårt för trappor. Enkel frukost serveras på närliggande café med kaffe, juice, lite bröd med smör/marmelad och ost/skinka som pålägg. Tyvärr gick det inte att få frukost före 9:00

Das Zimmer war sauber, das Hotel sehr zentral gelegen. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich. Leider 2 Sterne Abzug für die extreme Hellhörigkeit, den "Blick auf den Innenhof", welcher sich als "Müllschacht" entpuppt hat, aus welchem ständig Zigarettenrauch und unangenehme Gerüche ins Zimmer gelangten. Lüften war leider überhaupt nicht möglich.

La habitación está bastante bien. Reformada y con buen gusto en la elección de los materiales. Lo que deberían es tener servicio de habitaciones todos los días!!. Tuvimos un problema con la ducha...q no tragaba el agua, se salía el agua de la ducha. No lo arreglaron y tampoco fueron a limpiar la habitación.

Hinta-laatusuhteeltaan hyvä. Huoneesta ei ollut näkymää pihalle, vaikka niin luvattiin, eikä hissi toiminut kuin parina päivänä hetken. Äänieristys olematon ja suihkun kaivo oli tukossa. Jos nämä eivät haittaa ja huoneessa käy lähinnä vain nukkumassa, niin hyvä valinta.

Das einzige was beim Hotel super ist. Es ist zentral Lage. Sonst ist es eine Katastrophe. Rezeption Personal wusste nicht mal das sie Gäste hat. Man muss ein Information Zettel unterschreiben. Das man im Zimmer oder Balkon nicht rauchen darf. Wenn man dies tut. Ist die Buse 200.- Euro. Das wurde noch mehrmals wiederholt. Zimmer ist Standard nicht besonders. Bad hat gestunken wir haben immer die Tür zu gelassen. Park Möglichkeiten sehr schwierig. Man muss viel Glück haben. Frühstück ist im Cafe nebenan. Zeit ist eine Glück Sache. Im Hotel sagen sie von 09:00-10:00. Man bekommt immer das gleiche. Wir waren 6 Tage dort. Auf dir Frage das wir nicht verstehen, warum sie so spät Frühstücke Servieren konnte uns niemand beantworten. Nachhinein würde ich lieber mehr für Hotel bezahlen. Das Cafe neben an ist super. Hotel nein danke nie wieder. Ach noch was vergessen. Es gibt keinen Lift von Rezeption in den ersten Stock. Auf dem Balkon hatten wir nicht mal Stühle oder Tisch. Und es ist laut. Das ist jetzt für uns nicht so schlimm. Reinigung Personal ist freundlich.

Buenas vistas y situación muy céntricas con comercio muy próximo, una fiesta en la misma plaza que aunque lo música acabo a las 24 horas el ruido no ceso hasta altas horas de la madrugada, y la limpieza con mucho ruido comenzó al amanecer, la habitación no estaba en absoluto insonorizada, no pudimos descansar nada bien

Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum und zu Fuss ist alles erreichbar, was man begehrt. Für mich war es wichtig, dass ich abends kein Taxi brauche, wenn ich unterwegs war. Die Stadt ist eh sicher. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen.

Destacaría muy positivamente la atención recibida por el personal, sin lugar a duda. Noemi, Jony, Ana la camarera de pisos. Todos ellos hicieron de nuestra estancia un momento bastante único y especial, el factor humano es bastante bueno. Por último cabe destacar que las habitaciones están dotadas de lo más primordial y necesario... eso sí, la televisión no se conecta a la red wifi... hemos probado de todo.
