"30 degree heat outside. No AC. Asked to have it fixed at 3pm. Came back at 11pm. Nothing fixed. Went the receptionist, really busy but said will get someone to come to the room. 1 hour later and nothing. Boiling through the night, can’t open the windows so very little sleep. 3 hour drive the next morning. I spoke to the deputy manager and she agreed it was unacceptable but will need to speak to hotels.com for a refund. Hotels.com contacted the hotel and the had a mail back stating no refund. Honestly ridiculous. Stayed here twice before and never had an issue."
