Ayant séjourné dans cet hôtel il y a un an, exactement dans la même chambre, je compare par rapport à l’ancienne gestion. - la chambre que j’avais était une chambre avec un lit simple avant, un petit lit double maintenant. Cette chambre est trop petite pour un lit double. Le lit est placé devant la fenêtre, avec un grand panneau comme tête de lit, donc on perd quasi toute la luminosité et la vue sur l’extérieur - il n’y a plus de mini-frigo dans la chambre, malgré qu’il est toujours indiqué dans les détails de la chambre sur Hôtels.com - si on regarde sur le site de l’hôtel, il n’y a effectivement pas de mini-frigo mentionné, mais par contre un service de ménage quotidien -> il n’y a pas eu de ménage de ma chambre pendant mon séjour - sur leur site, ils mentionnent aussi que chaque chambre a un bureau et une garde-robe ce n’était pas le cas dans ma chambre -> pas de bureau, pas de table, pas d’armoire, pas d’étagère, pas de cintre pour suspendre quelques vêtements, juste une table de nuit avec le plateau thé, et un support pour la valise (heureusement vu qu’il n’y a nul part où ranger ses vêtements) - la TV (câble) ne fonctionnait pas - la lampe de lecture qui se décrochait du mur il y a un an se décroche toujours Positif : - j’avais demandé une chambre au dernier étage de l’annexe (plus calme), je l’ai eue sans problème - l’hôtel est sécurisé, après une certaine heure, le code d’entrée de la chambre doit être utilisé pour entrer dans les bâtiments - personnel accueillant

Pleasantly surprised. For the price clean, a working TV with netflex too and room very spacious. Only downside was being woken up at 6am for a fire drill and the location is terrible. Middle of no where with nothing nearby

The room was lovely and v comfy. But the paper key code didn’t work and we had to wait a good time before the reception sorted with master key but meant we couldn’t leave the room again, or that we wanted or needed to due to the early hours of morning. Also noisy hotel neighbours who woke us up, and no parking which meant I had to get up early to make sure I could move car before resident permits came into affect. However the room was great and it was fab and close to the forum o2 Kentish town which meant it was a perfect fit for our event.

Do not recommend. I bought an upgraded room. And the sign in the room says «no smoking», but my room was smelling smoke even though they let the window open before my arrival. The bathroom is very small and not clean enough. There is also a gap between the door and the floor, therefor you hear everything going on in the hallway, all doors open and close and people talking on the way to their rooms. I would rather go for something more expensive than stay here again. Better off paying 20-30£ more and actually get a good night sleep. The only thing positive is the price (but noth worth it), and a lot of towels.

Bristfälligt bemötande av personal. Rummet va i dåligt skick. Badrum hade trasiga beslag och i taket va det något som såg ut som mögel och fuktskador. Utöver det, va det en relativt bekväm säng och i övrigt fräscha sängkläder och handdukar. Mitt rum va inte i huvudbyggnaden som är i annonsen, vilket jag tyckte va missvisande. Man va tvungen att gå över bakgården.

I think the hotel is perfectly fine for the price. I would have given in 5 stars - but - I saw the members of the staff put fresh towels on the dirty floor. It made me question the hygene standards here. Other than that, no complaints.
