The “villa” I booked has rotting siding, two of the doors have broken cracked glass that is patched with a tinted sticky cover. Most of the blinds are not operational and definitely are a chocking hazard for young children.one sliding door slid open but we could not close easily and another we could not keep locked so my son could not get out. We had a nice stay, the staff where polite and friendly, the pool was clean, our child enjoyed the playground, the beds where comfortable. Not luxury but not bad for a family with young kids. We did note a concern that we mentioned to staff. I wouldn't say its as bad as some of the google reviews said but our room definitely needed some maintenance in the bathroom and kitchen.
