The house was in a convenient location if you’re staying out of the park and was as described/expected. The full kitchen was nice to have, especially because restaurants in the park were all closed during our visit. Sunrises off the porch are fantastic - worth getting up for! I would stay here again, but with a different car (see below). My only suggestions would be: 1) do a little deep cleaning around the edges as the dust from the environment has accumulated 2) add a motion sensor to the street light outside the house. It’s a dark sky area and we were looking forward to stargazing but it was impossible with a very bright streetlight directly in front of our unit. 3) add a disclaimer about the road into the property to the listing. It’s a mile of dusty, rocky road. Manageable in many cars but we were in a modified sports car, so we usually avoid roads like this one. It was very bumpy and was not good for the suspension, among other things.

The tiny home we rented was perfect for a weekend getaway to the Grand Canyon! It was a great location between the Grand Canyon and Williams. We had great great viewing capabilities for both sunrise and sunset. I would definitely do it again. There are no amenities at this property but plenty of other things to do nearby.

Loved the tiny home we stayed in! It met our needs well. The surroundings are quiet, and the view from the porch was nice. We received the Wi-Fi name and password prior to arrival but the password did not work. I messaged the person who was our contact, and got a quick response and the same pw as was given before We couldn’t get it to work.. We wanted to stay close to Grand Canyon Natl Park, and the location seemed very close. As you plan a trip, just know that the tiny home area is about a 45 min drive to the park. The bed was extremely comfortable and the house clean and modern. We recommend staying here, and someday we hope to stay again!

Nice, unique place to stay. We stayed in one of the units that sleeps 8, there were 3 of us and we were able to stretch out nicely. Great amount of space. Property was clean, very remote which we enjoyed. Only feedback I have is there was one pane of the window broken and smoke alarms were missing. Other than that, everything went smooth, we were communicated with well. We would defined stay again.

This was the perfect location to visit the Grand Canyon. Close to Williams for supplies, the Grand Canyon Railway, and restaurants. If you want to drive to the Grand Canyon it's only 30 min. from there to spots like the Bright Angel Trailhead. We're a family of 6 (only one under 16), and there was enough room for everyone. Highly recommend!

THE 1 MILE STRETCH TO THE POPERTY FROM THE MAIN STREET IS UNPAVED AND IF DRIVING SEDANS TAKES A TOLL ON IT. NO FRONT DESK ON SITE. A VERY GOOD OPTION FOR NATURE LOVERS, NOT SO MUCH FOR FAMILES WITH SMALL KIDS. ***

The house was cute and just as described. Staff and property management were amazing. Requested additional towels and blankets at 10:30 pm and they were delivered at 10:40. Our only complaint was the hot water was very limited and no water pressure to speak of. Also sofa bed was broken and tilted badly making it difficult to sleep on. No salt pepper or oil so come prepared.
