hola hemos tenido una terrible experiencia y tuvimos que salir del departamento desde el primer dia debido a que estando en el interior mientras me bañaba unas personas entraron al departamento e intentaron robarnos; tuvimos que hablar a la policia; eran 3 personas que contaban con la clave de acceso y se metian a un departamento contiguo. Salimos con miedo escoltados por policias sin poder ser capaces de dormir ni una sola noche ahi.

A varanda estava totalmente coberta com telas de obra, estava escrito “possivelmente varanda tapada, numa linha da descrição” não era possivelmente, o prédio todo estava coberto, o anfitrião disse que tentou resolver mas não resolveu, o valor do apartamento não condiz com o que foi entregue. O apartamento é antigo, mas se tivesse vista seria ok…. Sem a vista com certeza ele não vale o valor. FIQUEM ATENTOS sobre esse detalhe nas entrelinhas da descrição!

Definitely not going back and will not recommend to anyone. I wasn’t able to use any of the amenities during my stay. Was yelled at by cleaning staff manager because the host let me check in early but didn’t communicate that with cleaning staff. Was denied access to spa simply because my son is 12 years old.

The unit smelled like cigarette smoke. I went to the grocery store upon my arrival only to find upon my return the freezer wasn’t working. My frozen foods were a loss. What little cookware provided in the kitchen was in deplorable shape. No spatula. There were no forks, 2 spoons and 8 knives. Didn’t even have a fork to eat the dinner I purchased at Publix. The furniture (kitchen table and bedroom) was pretty beat up. I was expecting the balcony to be closed for construction (based on the property description), however, I was not expecting the noise from the ropes clanging against the building all night. End up checking out 2 days early. On the positive side, it’s a great sized unit and the location is awesome.

The property is in a good location but the apartment need maintenance its clean but have many maintenance detail. Its a property if you want to party but for family i doesn't recommend. The outside of the property is under renovation so no access to balcony, fresh air or view of the ocean. I think it will take 8 to 12 month the renovation. Many detail inside the apartment that need attention.
