Une très belle chambre, confortable, spacieuce et bien équipé dans un hôtel rénové très récemment. Avec un personnel au petit soin et un accès spa inclus dans la prestation. L'hôtel est très bien situé (5 minutes à pied du Télécabine ) et bénéficie de skiroom pratique au pied de celui-ci

It was okay. Wouldnt consider it a 4 star. Did not feel the value was worth it. The hot tub didn’t work throughout our stay, which is the primary reason for booking. The massage was in organized and disappointing. The room cleaning wasn’t great. Breakfast was way over priced, and the building was t finished.

Chambre neuve, accueil souriant, propre. Je vais m'attarder sur les problèmes en espérant une évolution même si pour le prix de 150€ la nuit dans le coin je pense qu il y aura pas mieux. Déjà le spa est limité a 50 min par jour et cela n'est pas indiqué sur l'annonce, de même pas de bain à remous mais un bain nordique; et il faut réservé d'avance voir avant d'arriver pareil pas d'information avant d'être sur place. Le chauffage n'a pas de thermostat à température mais seulement un robinet thermostatique donc dur d'avoir la bonne température et radiateur à eau mais très sec dans la chambre. La literie n'est pas mauvaise mais pas au niveau d'un 4 étoiles et surtout la couette à une fermeture éclair en son milieu ce que ma femme et moi avons trouver désagréable. Pas de frigo en chambre ou sdb ce qui es ma première fois en 4*. Nous avons croiser à plusieurs reprises (notamment un couple je pense) qui s'occupe de l'entretien qui sur 3 jours ne sont pas capable de répondre au bonjour, de dire merci quand je leur tiens la porte et qui en plus font la gueule. Et point déco, l'entrée par l'escalier coté parking, accueille je pense la majorité des clients et pas une déco ou une plante et une simple porte battante pour accéder à l'accueil.

Hôtel flambant neuf, très bien conçu et très bien fini. Le cadre est magnifique, le personnel très poli et aux petits soins. Les chambres sont belles, spacieuses et bien décorées. Le spa est grand et avec tout l’équipement nécessaire (sauna, hamman, piscine a remous, bain norvégien.) Le restaurant est très très bon (mention spéciale aux coquilles au jambon truffé, délicieuses😍) Le directeur qui vient nous demander si notre séjour se passe bien et si on a des recommandations à lui donner pour améliorer l’hôtel, un vrai plus 👍 Et enfin le petit déjeuner très Complet et de qualité. Bref c’est un sans faute, ça faisait longtemps que je n’avais pas été aussi satisfait d’une nuit dans un hôtel suite à un voyage professionnel! Je reviendrais dès que possible. Merci beaucoup pour l’accueil et à très vite
