We had a good stay at 4 Seasons Roma in Trastevere. The apartment was exceptionally clean, newly renovated and well maintained with helpful amenities that made our stay very comfortable. Communication with our host was excellent; responsive, helpful and easy from start to finish. Be sure to download Whatsapp for quick communication.
The location is in a quiet area outside of the touristy areas, which was bonus after busy days exploring Rome. It’s not especially close to the main sights in the city centre, but that also means you’re away from the noise and crowds. Be prepared to do some walking to get around, although public transit is conveniently close by.
One note for light sleepers: the walls are a little thin, so earplugs would be a good idea if you’re sensitive to noise from neighbouring guests. The hosts provided a hair dryer, shower cap, shampoo, soap, maintenance sewing kit, bath slippers, mini fridge, and a safe in the room. There is also a DeLonghi coffee machine and tea available in the shared kitchen area as well as laundry should you want to freshen your wardrobe up.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable and peaceful base in Trastevere.
