Stay there, clean and comfortable rooms and the staff are always so friendly.

2/10 较差

No fridges in the room. Even though initially two people planned to travel but quadruplets room was booked, two months before travel, two other travellers ( myself and three children), contacted the venue and over the phone it was confirmed for stay in same room, but during checking inn, forced to book another room, excuses given that in one room only two persons allowed.

Our room was very new. I did not like having to go down to request an iron and ironing board

It looks like there in the middle of a expansion and renovation of the restaurant, so where's alot going on, and the parking lot is full

4/10 一般

Very disappointed to be assigned room beside reception on main floor when I arrived . Handicapped room was all that was available and when I asked to change it they said this was because I booked through Expedia.

10/10 绝佳

The property is under construction and no restaurant available. That made ot hard to judge staff. But there was a young deaf woman who cleaned rooms. She was extremely helpful when I needed more towels. The front desk was not manned at all times so I was lucky to come across her. She went out of her way to help me though she was clearly busy. Nice hotel. Enjoyed the air conditioning.

The hotel was undergoing some renovations and extensions but that was all ok as we knew that prior. The room itself was great as were all of the other staff with the exception of the staff member that checked us in. She was rude and very unhelpful, if I had not have pre paid o would have gone elsewhere. They provided some coffee and snacks as an alternate to breakfast due to the restaurant not being open. This was a nice touch. There is a good pub across the road that had good value meals and is very nice. As mentioned apart from the staff member and the fact we could net get a late checkout the place was great.
