Ideally located hotel with easy walking distance to the old part of town as well as the touristy high street. Great to have an elevator (lift) and proper HVAC vs. many other inns

The hotel is very close to the centre of Inverness, so very conveniently located. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The room was a little small, but suited our needs

I would avoid if at all possible. There were virtually no staff and the property looks dirty and tired. Location and shower water pressure were the highlights.

Room was never cleaned even though we put the sign on our door. Had to go to Lobby to get fresh towels. Breakfast was good, they were never open for Dinner

Hotel funcional em localização central em Inverness. Bom café da manhã, restaurante bom e prático. Não tinham vagas de estacionamento quando chegamos, deixamos o carro no estacionamento público e pagamos por fora (10 libras por 48 horas).

Clean room, good breakfast but the parking was a bit steep
真实点评

4/10 一般

I was really disappointed to see how run down and dirty the hotel was. The carpets were filthy and the rooms had dirt in every corner. The halls and rooms smelled of wet and mold. I know Inverness has limited supply, but this is not at a three star level.
真实点评

6/10 不错

This hotel is very convenient for the town centre and parking too but it's tired, in need of renovation, the mattress was toast.

Onsite parking (with fee) was very convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Breakfast was a bit chaotic, out of a lot of food options and understaffed, but otherwise great stay.
