A clean and comfortable room with all we needed. Parking was convenient and staff were friendly and helpful. Also helpful having a restaurant on-site and it was just a short walk to the cathedral and other sites.

We stayed here for a weekend trip to Canterbury. Walked from Canterbury East train stations - about 15 minutes and about 5 minutes Uber to Canterbury West to train north. The hotel was easy to find, clean, had air conditioning, and comfortable beds. Bathroom was clean. There is a Waitrose across the street and it’s about 10 minutes walk into the city center. Overall, a great place for a family stay.

We enjoyed staying at this Premier Inn which was a 10 minute walk into town. The room was clean and spacious. The meals were delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and it was £10 a night. We would stay again.

Had never stayed at a premier inn before so wasn’t aware of some of the strange rules like going down to reception each morning to ask for our room to be cleaned the same day, this was just plain stupid and by day 2 one of the staff kindly added this to our entire booking. The parking was painful as if you went out late you couldn’t get a park even though they make you pay for all the parking when you arrive, but again a staff member talked to Pizza Hutt and they let us park there a night. Breakfast ok, staff in restaurant very friendly, overall an ok experience.supermarket next door and across road and hotel right in town, very walkable. Ps staff that cleaned room were also super friendly!

Unfriendly staff. Dirty surroundings- trash left on the stairs inside the hotel and outside on the ground. Room smelled like cigars.
