8/10 非常棒

The room was adequate, spacious but a bit dated and there was close proximity to food and drink.

Very nice restaurant and bar on the grounds.

8/10 非常棒

The staff was extremely helpful. There is a restaurant on site. During summer months be sure to book an air conditioned room. If you’re flying in for a cruise the next day like we did you might want to request early arrival.

2/10 较差

There's no AC, one small fan inside the room Temp upper 90's..was assigned a room on 3rd floor- no elevator, stated " fully booked " though we were the first 3 guess to check in.,found a spider on the tub! Did not sleep/rest, checked out as soon as the sun rise !!! There's supposed to have breakfast, did not see or told where, found time in the room...starts at 7 am( cannot wait to get out ans wait. Been traveling for years, first time to have this experience/nightmare!!!

4/10 一般

Do NOT book here! We have stayed at many Premier Inns and this was so bad that we cancelled future bookings. It is summer and we have stayed in other hotels with no air con but this one was terrible. The room was at least 10 degrees hotter than outside - the window was open only an inch and staff refused to open it fully to let any air in. We were seriously concerned for our health that we had to sleep with 2 wet towels wrapped around us. The room was a sauna. Even all our chocolate melted within an hour.

6/10 不错

Had to pay 15 pounds for “early check in” for arriving prior to 3:00 pm. Room was ready. Felt like a rip-off. Room carpet and carpets in general were Worn. Breakfast OK; room was spacious but not the family room we were led to believe in your site.
真实点评

6/10 不错

A lot of noise from people walking in and out, and kids screaming early in the morning. That’s not the hotel’s fault. But some sound isolation would be nice. The room was nice enough, nothing extra there. Bathroom door didn’t close properly. Bed was okay, but not the best.
